Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn items with original tags into the shipping box or mailer, ensuring all intimate apparel still has the protective adhesive strip attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
